Healing Points Acupuncture is pleased to provide compassionate holistic health care using Traditional Chinese Medicinal techniques. We specialize in supporting your body's own healing capabilities, and are experts in the art and science of preventive health. Patients not only receive outstanding holistic medical care, but also learn methods in which they can begin to empower their own lives and play an active role in their health and wellbeing.
Acupuncture activates and strengthens your body's natural healing mechanisms, so it can alleviate, improve, or stop the progression of many different health conditions. Keep in mind that acupuncture has a cumulative effect in the body, so most people will require a series of treatments to achieve the best therapeutic benefit.
We will talk at length about your reasons for coming in, and will go through a full health history. It is important for us to discuss all aspects of your health, even though they may not seem directly related to your current issues. Traditional Chinese Medicine is very good at drawing correlations that may not seem obvious.
An acupuncturist may be consulted for specific symptoms and conditions such as pain, anxiety, arthritis, asthma, migraine, menstrual disorders, intestinal disorders, addiction and various other conditions. The World Health Organization (WHO) has listed the above conditions and many more as being responsive to acupuncture treatment.
Our new office is between Maple St and Orange St, in the Argenta district in downtown North Little Rock. There should be easy street parking, or you can park behind the building accessible from the alleys on Maple or Orange. When I first called to make my appointment with Healing Points Acupuncture, I was very apprehensive. With what I thought my issue was, it was recommended I begin with acupuncture to help. I thought about it and researched around my area and decided on Healing Points Acupuncture.
What a great decision that was!! When I had my initial consultation, Michele went above and beyond to find out about the purpose of my call and basically all about me - and not just the physical. If anything, I was so used to being rushed, I hurried the conversation. But never fear, we continued the talk and information

My initial intake with Licensed Acupuncturist, Michele Fincher, was conducted over the phone and within the first few minutes of speaking, I knew that she was genuinely concerned with helping me. She never rushed through any of her questions. She listened intently to the symptoms I have been logging for years. In the past, other specialists and doctors have cut me off and/or were not interested in my notes.
After several years of “more blood work” or “let’s try this medication & see what happens”, I’d pretty much given up on finding any relief from my health issues as well as a medical

I originally went to Michele for help with pain associated with PCOS & endometriosis. She was the first person I saw that asked lots of questions about what all was going on with my #health--and really listened to the answers! Not only did she help me find lasting management/relief of my pain, but she also works with me as a partner in improving my overall health. I can not recommend #acupuncture, particularly with Michele, highly enough.
