The knowledge and help that comes out of here is incomparable. Not only did they work with us on the price, throughout the entire process David and Nicole made themselves available anytime I had a question and suggested only the BEST way to do things and never the round about way. Keep in mind this is the first time in my life I have ever taken on a project like this before and was extremely worried about it. David was able to put my mind to ease and walked me through the entire process and never did I feel as if I was annoying him (even if I was). I would and have recommended Flooring HQ to anyone

Wonderful experience! They took the time to educate me on my choices and we thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of each. I was treated with respect (unlike some of their competitors), and was impressed with their high level of customer service. My new carpet has really put the finishing touch on my renovations. I love these guys and will not hesitate to come back for my next project!!!

We re-floored our entire home with their South Beach Sapelli wood flooring and it's gorgeous!! They were very helpful through the whole process and followed through on all their promises (unlike a couple of other companies we spoke to but decided against). Plus we got a great deal... they're not lying when they say "we will not be undersold" on their website!
