Great customer service! We brought our vehicle in for an urgent issue and their mechanic figured out the problem almost instantly. Additionally, they identified a couple of recall issues, fixed one and scheduled another. But again, the customer service is their strength as they knew we had plans in a few days and they constantly tracked our part and worked the repairs into their schedule so we didn’t miss our trip. All around outstanding service!!!

Zac was very professional from the get go and he was very personable. I felt welcome there and they were able to answer all the questions I had. I will definitely come here for future services. I also spoke with Jack about a vehicle and he was also personable and easy to talk to and there was no pushing or forcing on his end. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to provide answers to every question and extras.

The staff were wonderful. Evan was great and helpful in helping me find the right car. Did not feel pressured into buying. He was very patient, showing me everything the car had to offer, help me setup my phone with the Wifi. He even stayed after closing so that I could take it home that night. I would highly recommend this place and staff to anyone looking for a good vehicle and a great price.

If I could leave this dealership a 0 star I absolutely would. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I bought a 2018 Chevy from them checked the car facts, had a code reader done, there were no issues, from what one could see. I take the car and about a couple days later no more than a week the car starts giving me engine issues. I bring the car back right then and there while the car is showing the engine light and acting up and they give me the run around saying I have to make an appointment. So I do but when I bring the car back of course the car isn't doing the shaking and they say bring

On March 29th my father in law bought a car from this dealer. They financed it with 11% interest. They sold it to him even though he has no drivers license and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. He drove it off the lot and it dies. We took the car back not even 24 hours after he got the car and they refuse to return the car!! So the man in charge tells us to come back Monday to talk to the manager. We went back and the manager was cursing and yelling at us!! If you all know what's good for you don't go there! The sales dept is ok. But beware of service department is not to be trusted, in particular the service manager. Bought a vehicle used there, when I took it in for service he said it would need about 2k in "preventive maintenance" I ask since the vehicle was bought here new and maintained by the original owner there and purchased used by myself would he not have record if some of the maintenance not already be done. He said he could not share that info because it is treated like medical records. Funny Carfax could give me the info. I won't be back, just another crook.

NOTE: The man in the picture is no longer the general manager. The current general manager is Craig Bimler, the rudest and most unprofessional individual I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. In my encounter with him, he was incredibly disrespectful and insensitive to military families. Read the sentence with all caps for what he told me, a military spouse.
