Established in 1976, Hudson Machine & Tool (Hammond, Wisconsin) was purchased by Mike Shaver in 1993.
Today, Hudson Machine & Tool houses dozens of CNC stations and large- capacity machining capability in its 28,000-square-foot facility to produce metal and plastic parts for a variety of industries, ranging from convection tube sheets for ethylene furnaces to equipment for food services, material handling, ethanol manufacturing, heavy construction and high-speed weighing.
