Terrible, i was denied a refund for a service that was not provided. i was told I would not be able to get a refund because my delivery attempt was attempted although the delivery drivers barely did anything to get my furniture into my apartment. They claimed it did not fit, which if they would've flipped the furniture around instead of bringing it in the way they did, It would have. the delivery driver also called at 12:30 and said they would be there in a hour and didn't show up until almost 4! not to mention they had an issue with my order at the store which I had to call to get situation

I've used "Pickup Now" several times over the years and have always been happy with the movers and the pricing, but this particular time, I was not. I had a 10X14 rug that weighs about 50-60 pounds. I needed it picked up at the store and delivered 5 mile away, to a storage unit, no stairs. I thought it would be a one man job, but they said it was a 2 man job. Instead of the initial $60, it cost $100. They used a pickup truck, to move it. You can't even find rugs on their menu, website. I'll definitely reconsider using this guys in the future.

The fee was very expensive; however, due to the store's pick-up policy, I had no other option. I purchased midday and tried to book same day pick-up, but the slot that appeared for that afternoon would not allow me to click it, so I chose next day. About 30 min. before my scheduled delivery, the driver reached out to me to see if a later time slot was acceptable. I had already left work to be home for the originally scheduled time slot, and by the time the ask was made for a later drop off, I was already home. This is the absolute worst business ever. I purchased a dresser on Friday and it said it was same day delivery it was around 12 the website said if it was after 2 then it would be the next day. I understood and just was excited that it was coming on Saturday had someone wasted their day and no one came and finally got a call around 5 saying that I had to wait till Monday and to pick a time frame . I was very upset but I still told them it's ok and brushed it off and I told them 10-12 would be fine. Monday comes around and the contact me around 1130 and day they can't do it in the time

I arranged for a double seated chair to be picked up from a store and delivered to my home. The deliverymen arrived in a timely manner, but neither workers wore face coverings to protect themselves and others against Covid. When the chair was first lifted to be brought into my home, I observed the seat and back cusions had fallen to the ground. They had fallen because the cushions werent secured to the chair or removed prior to moving the chair. PickUp it self has poor communication with the customers via the Dispatchers but the actual delivery driver are awesome and very responsive. I placed 2 deliveries (store delivery and resident delivery) and received Good Guy as my delivery company which Dan and his team is phenomenal. I will for sure use Good Guy again and that the reason for that 5 stars only.

I scheduled a simple pickup from a furniture store for home delivery 5 miles away. They postponed the delivery 4 times. They called every time, but never offered anything for the delay. Simply said they would try to schedule again but with no guarantees. On the 4th cancellation they asked if they could renew the hold on my money. I said no, I was going to find someone else. Last weekend I purchased a living room couch and ottoman set from Big Lots! Apparently they partner up with PICKUP for deliveries - a company I have never heard of or experienced working with. I scheduled a next day delivery and thought wow, I would be impressed if I can order an item online and have it arrive the next day. The next day I planned to stay home to wait for my delivery. THis was the first time I've used Pickup. This was more affordable than if I had done it myself. The movers were very friendly and professional. I booked the move at 10:20, got a call before 11 and the move was done by 1! This was a great experience and I'll definitely be recommending this service to people moving forward.

I scheduled delivery for Sunday, I understand busy times so when I was pushed to Wednesday it was no big deal. They scheduled me in the middle of the day 12-2.
I received a text at 11am saying there are delays and someone would reach out to confirm my eta. By 11:145 no call. I called at 12:15 to see what was going on because no one had contacted me the rep said 12-2 is still my window.

Terrible overall service. My arm chair was scheduled to be delivered between 2-6pm, at 5pm I finally reached out to the company and was told that there were drivers assigned and that it would be on time. At 6pm I called again when they told me it would now be delayed and dispatch would call me within 15 mins with an update. 1 hour later (and no call back) I called again when they finally told me that they would need to reschedule, giving me no reason for the delay. I was told I would be the "priority" for the next day's schedule.

At 10:40am I received a call from dispatch stating that the delivery drivers were running behind but would be arriving closer to the 2:00pm deliver time... That's fine.... Then 2:40 hits and no call or update from them. I called to get an ETA only to be told tut they will have to.reschedule me! NOT AN OPTION! I took off work and locked up animals for this specific delivery. I am them told "oh well we can't always meet delivery times that's just a window it's usually much later than that window" what the heck kind of business model

We had a rough experience at the beginning of scheduling someone to pick up our patio furniture at Home Goods. The chat online was also signing me in and out. I even waited at Home Goods thinking I might miss them because Home Goods said the delivery people needed the pink slip I was given it the order number. Pickup now is really horrible. I am surprised many big box retailer stores will use them.
I have scheduled and paid for a delivery from 6pm-8pm tonight. There aren't any notifications of delays. The "Good Guy" just never show up. I have been on the phone waiting in line for an hour trying to check the status of my "order". I was hung up right when it's my turn TWICE. It has been really frustrating.
I would not used Pick Up Service again.

The WORST! Do not use these people. They don't show up. Then I wait for TWO HOURS for their online chat (because there's not a phone number online to contact anyone) and I instantly get "disconnected."
