Julie Fobear has always been dedicated to providing customers with the latest developments in beauty, skincare and wellbeing. A graduate of Indiana University, Julie majored in Apparel Merchandising. Julie always felt the need to learn more about the whole person and while raising two children, she studied massage therapy for 600 hours.

As a blonde it was really hard to make the decision to do my eyebrows, however this has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself(no more 20 minute or more eyebrow pencil everyday 🎉). I had been researching artist, locations and prices for microblading. Needless to say the prices vary greatly. I found Julie through the Next Door App and was very pleased. I was nervous because her price was lower than anyone else’s price. Julie was very professional, her booth at Hilltop was very clean and she was pleasant. Most importantly, she did a great job on my eyebrows. I personally can’t understand why people go and spend $500-$600 when you have someone like Julie doing them cheaper. I discussed her prices with her compared to other companies and she said she is a small business

Julie was very welcoming and helpful. I know nothing about eyebrows and she was patient enough to explain and map out a shape I would feel comfortable with. My only regret is that she didn’t do my original micro blading. She is truly amazing and money well spent.

Julie does exceptional work! I first found her while searching for someone to do my daughters brows for a Christmas gift. Was so impressed by what she did, I wanted mine done. OMG....I received Microblading as an early birthday gift. I barely had any eyebrows. Julie took the time to figure out what I wanted because she wanted me to be happy when it was done. I must admit that I was a little difficult due to fear of the unknown (pain and final look). The pain was 0.5 on a scale of 0-10. I wanted my brows to look natural. SHE DID JUST THAT. Julie made sure that I was numb. I thought I would be in a little pain when it wore off. WRONG AGAIN.
I would recommend her to EVERYONE.

If you've been considering microblading your brows, do not hesitate to book with Julie. She was meticulous, and the results went way beyond my expectations. Her demeanor makes you feel very at ease and she keeps any discomfort with the actual procedure thankfully at a minimum. I have urged many friends to make an appointment.
