AWFUL..Pulled a tooth for me in July and I have been suffering since!Damaged tissue inside cheek with tools(permanent damage), fractured sinus,serious infection leading to surgery, possible nerve damage causing constant eye pain. I told dentist a few days after procedure that something was wrong and they told me it would heal, I told DR Salem a few days later something not right, terrible ear pain, eye pain, face pain, jaw pain (couldn't open my mouth all the way)and she brushed me off and said it will heal.I ended up a few days later calling my GP who sent me for CT scan and found serious infection

Pearl Dental Associates in Scituate, MA was extremely clean and professional. They made me feel comfortable during my appointment, and didn’t make me feel bad or embarrassed about having not gone to the dentist for a few years. I love Dr. Salem and her wonderful staff. . I go to the Scituate office. Everyone is very professional but there is a personal touch. Dr. Salem is also very understanding of any financial constraints and finds workable solutions. She is reliable, accountable, sincere and dependable. Dr. Salem always puts the patient first and their needs. I highly recommend her. Dr. Salem also keeps up on the latest research and shares that info with the patient. It helps the patient feel secure during these stressful times. It is obvious that her staff love working with her,

I had such a great experience for my regular cleaning and exam. This office clearly values professionalism, friendliness and patient health/satisfaction. Both Sara the hygienist and Dr Karen took their time to explain everything to me, answer questions, and give me a thorough cleaning and exam. Most importantly, they didn’t try to convince me I needed any unnecessary work or bill me for unnecessary services. Honest, knowledgeable, good people work here, I would highly recommend!

We just moved to the area and feel so lucky to have found such an amazing practice for me and my three children. They are so kind, organized and responsive.
My daughter had to have filings and they were so compassionate and held her hand for the Novocain. It was so easy though because of the topical cream she could hardly feel the needle. We feel right at home when we walk in, they remember our names and are super friendly. I’m so happy we found a great practice on the South Shore.
