We are committed to providing evidence-based care for pain in all areas of the body. Treatments can range from anything to spinal and extremity manipulations to soft tissue work/release as well as upon determination that you are not a candidate for such conservative treatments, a referral to the proper specialist is made.
Dr. Ian W. Keyser attended Dominican College where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. From there he spent 7 years in the United States Army as a paratrooper in the 173rd and 82nd Airborne Divisions. During his 27th jump he obtained a back injury and was offered a honorable discharge/medical discharge from the military.

Great chiropractor and a great practice! Dr. Ian took over from Dr. West and came highly recommended. He was able to get me in the next day and get me back into my weekly rotation. He not only helped the affected area but helped me to diagnose how I got this uncomfortable in the first place- he worked to find the root of the issue. I appreciate that he has late hours so I can wrap up my work day and still make it for an adjustment.

Dr Ian Keyser is very personable and professional. He will understand all the problems you’re facing and treat the root cause in a gentle manner. I’m scared of needles but the dry needling procedure he performed was painless and 100 percent effective. Within the first 3 sessions I wasn’t in pain anymore. I still like to go and get my adjustments done because it’s very relaxing and has done good to me. I highly recommend him and if you live in Stamford you should definitely visit him! The office is clean and the receptionist is very friendly and nice. Great experience overall 😊

Dr. West has certainly spared me from the prospect of neck surgery and vastly improved my quality of life. After years of chiropractic, massage and acupuncture treatments that did nothing to relieve a tremendous buildup of scar tissue, his mastery of dry needling and Graston as well as adjustments has altered my life for the better. On top of it he tends to operate like clockwork, keeping appointment times to the minute, which I appreciate. He is friendly and an expert in his craft. Highly recommend.

Dr. Aaron West is the most skilled chiropractor I’ve even worked with. He LISTENS and thinks deeply about your concerns/problems. He knows far behind chiropractic medicine and can help you think through other ailments and help you take action with the appropriate doctors. His combined soft tissue work and skeletal manipulation is pure magic. He has a deep understanding of the relationship between the muscular and skeletal systems. It’s not one-size-fits-all mentality or practice. He is a remarkable doctor.
