In general your company has always been at the top of our favorites. Justin does a great job. Josh the new recruit has not disappointed us. He is very hard working and detail oriented. It is very hard to find broker agents that will communicate with us at the level we need. Josh exceeds that expectation.

Horrible service. Had a contract with Jennifer Jackson for a flatbed from Cali to Florida and my Team Flatbed shows up and the customer said they ordered a Stepdeck. Broker completely dismissed our request for a TONU. CARRIER BEWARE! Take care of your drivers. This was her exact responses....
"He is not going to pay a TONU. He has never emailed me back. IF he does have a change of heart and replies to me I will reach out. But I am not going to keep you waiting. He never takes this long to respond so I am going to say that he is not worries about my email."

This company is fabulous to work with! I have been working in freight for more than 15 years hauling all different commodities, working with brokers as well as owner operators to do it. I can't say enough about communication when you have a hot load or have a load drop. Shipping Connections stays on top of your freight! Makes life easier for me and my customers. Everyone I have dealt with is fabulous but Larissa, she is top notch! I can always count on her!

Larissa and Shipping Connections are fabulous to work with! I am fairly new to the freight world, working with brokers as well as owner operators. She is honest and upfront and has great follow through and follow up. Any issues that may arise are handled quickly and professionally. I don't need to worry when I book a load...I just know it is handled. Takes a lot of the stress off me and gives a great end result for my customer. Larissa is a pleasure to do business with!

The Shipping Connections Team gets our product loaded and rolling. The Owner Jim and his office manager Sam have always been fair and reasonable to work with should any problems that come up with shipping should occur! Our dispatching team, Molly, Bobbi, David and Jeff do a great job of keeping us updated on the status of our loads .

Did book a load with this company for pick up on Good Friday.We agreed for a 46 000 # load. Truck got loaded and went to truck stop to get the scale ticket so the gross weight was 82060. Driver drove back to the shipper and at 9 pm got fully unloaded.We did provide them empty scale ticket with prove that the load is 48600. they are refusing to pay any detention.Because of their unprofessional attitude driver did not get home for Easter.Stay away from this company.Do not waste your time because you will get nowhere with their loads and customers.They do not care about trucking companies and drivers
