Great customer service! When I called in a panic, needing something before closing, they offered to stay open until I could get there. And then, when we realized I didn’t even need what I’d come for, they told me so instead of selling me something I didn’t need. They were a bright spot in a hard day! Highly recommend.

Great products and better people. I purchased a walked for my mentor when he was admitted to an assisted care facility. Jared not only got us what we needed but listened, and treated my friend with patience, dignity, and respect. He "walked" away a happy customer and I came away extremely grateful. Jared and the rest of the staff will take care of you at Smith Medical Equipment. I used to work here and the way they treat every customer is consistent and respectful. They sell some the best lift chairs, upright walkers, and scooters for seniors and the elderly. Been here several times to “buy local”. Just saw on Yelp new customers get 10% discount! No one ever mentioned it.....3 times!
This trip they didn’t have in stock, “next week” was the reply. FYI, I was in 2/5/2020 and bought only 2 you had. Clerk said “have to order more”.
I get better service with online chat, better prices and delivered! So I ask; why go here?

I was in need of some equipment for my mother and after some searching I decided I would visit Smith Medical Equipment and see if I could find the items that I was looking for. I was immediately greeted by a friendly salesman who promptly assisted me in finding the items that I was searching for. He was very careful to explain the details and differences between the different products and asked me some questions to confirm which products might be best for our situation. I visited this place with my mother looking for a lift chair and something to help lift herself up until the chair arrives (and provide support elsewhere in the home). These guys provided great customer service, understanding exactly what kind of health issues they were having (both from personal experience and from their customers) and guided us through sitting on several chairs before my mother felt such relaxation in her legs that we knew what chair we had to buy. The staff were very patient and helpful, including letting her sit down and handle the payment from the chair she was relaxing in

Smith Medical Supply is a fantastic business. My family and I recently bought a walker, lift chair and mobility scooter for our elderly father. Brent Smith and his employees were so patient and kind as we spent an hour and a half in their store. Our 91 year old dad sat in chair after chair until he found just the perfect one for him. Brent patiently taught him how to use the remote control for all the features of the chair. We repeated the same exercise when selecting a scooter.
