After receiving a quote for printing and cutting I went in and got poor service. The girl measuring one page and used that page to cut the rest of the pages resulting in crooked, uneven lines. It looked like a 2 year old cut it. Needless to say they didn't fit in my picture frames correctly. My husband went back with the frames and was informed they wouldn't redo it because they told me they wouldn't be perfect and they needed the frames. They NEVER told me they needed the frames. I would have gone back with the frames before getting them cut if I had been told that. Then the manager left leaving

Seriously SO impressed by this business center- the employees are super kind and helpful and print your documents for you after you send it to their store email...the woman helping me did it way faster than I could’ve, and it was definitely cheaper than other mail centers like UPS/Fedex...$2 for 3 full page color images. And their paper is so bizarrely nice that I actually commented on it, definitely worth a visit if you need printing services

Twice I've had the misfortune of stopping in here, thinking I needed their services. Both times, the workers had a sneer on their face, acting like I was an inconvenience, asking for their services. I was polite, and both times, the attitudes were nasty. This time, on the way out, I told her the copies were overpriced as a reason why I was leaving and she didn't need to get help from the back. Trying to save her time. A final dirty look.
That's to say nothing of the "value" of some of this service. These 1200 pages will buy 210 cartridges for my home printer. Color and black. I know there is overhead

Terrible customer service. The rude store personel straight up lied about the price saying that it would cost the same $5 they were charging at the post office to mail a very lightweight envelope. Wrong. It was $0.98 at the post office. I was overcharged $5 to send some paperwork the other day. Fool me once...
