I used to have AAA for over 6 years, but switched to State Farm because of Rick and his team.
I truly love the personalized customer service. He explains everything thoroughly, which I really appreciate.
Anytime I had a question or needed to make changes, I was helped promptly. When I had AAA, sometimes I had to wait an hour on the phone to get help.
I had gotten a quote from a State Farm agent a while back, but wasn’t impressed with the customer service.
When I reached out to Rick, I was impressed with the customer service I received. Even though we were staying with pretty much the same

I am honestly very pleased with my time spent with Ricks Agency. Everyone I’ve spoke to there is very knowledgeable and was very thorough with all his explanations all while making me feel confident about what options were best for me. I can definitely say this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made as I came in with much uncertainty and left with a security of knowing I am covered correctly.
