Regular hourly rates ($360/hour) may apply beyond the initial 30 minute consultation period. The amount typically ranges between $3,000~$5,000, and it will be deposited into the lawyer's trust account. And once the lawyer starts working on the matter, he will bill against the Retainer. If the balance falls below a certain threshold, the client is requested to replenish the fund.

Excellent price, excellent service. Kim is a very professional lawyer. The original court date of my case was on March, but it was postponed to September 25 due to COVID-19. And I went back to China in August. After I returned to China, Kim still kept track of my case carefully and successfully reduced my 75/45 reckless driving ticket to 64/45 speeding wihout my attending to the hearing.
