Dr. Matthew LoPresti is a second-generation dentist with a passion for delivering exceptional dentistry to his patients. Matthew is a graduate of Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and he completed his Post-Graduate training at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, where he was the Resident of the Year.
Dr. Matthew LoPresti had a vision for creating a technology-driven practice where a more efficient and comfortable dental visit could be experienced. In 2017, his dream came to fruition when he opened LoPresti Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. Keeping a regular preventative maintenance schedule with your hygienist and Dr. Matthew LoPresti and Dr. Jonathan LoPresti help you prevent not only tooth decay and periodontal disease but also avoid costly procedures and extra time in the hygiene chair. A regular home prevention routine usually consists of brushing at least twice a day and flossing at least once per day.

I went to Dr. LoPresti in Manhattan and loved my experience. I since realized that he moved up near me and visited his office in Stanford Ct.
I was very happy with everything about this experience. From contacting his office and dealing with his secretary everything was very professional. I received texts to confirm and a video to help me navigate the office. I was truly impressed.

Just moved to Stamford and happened to move into the building that LoPresti is in. Boy did we get lucky! My mom has been in the dental industry my whole life and I was used to the VIP treatment at her office, but this place surpassed even those expectations. Friendly front office staff, knowledgeable and thorough hygienists, and a great doc. Highly recommend anyone looking for a modern, clean and no hassle dentist to check them out.

I started coming here over the past year and have had two great cleanings thus far. My husband also is a patient. We appreciate that the receptionists are responsive, the dental hygienists are thorough and attentive to patient concerns, and Dr. LoPresti has great bedside manner. Everyone in the office is also very friendly. Additionally, the office has current tech that is pretty cool - like a mouthscanner that maps your bite, wear on your teeth, and IDs other potential issues.

My 4 yr old son has extreme sensory challenges and prior to coming to Dr. LoPresti’s office, he was absolutely terrified of the dentist. The pediatric dentist he used to see had attempted to sedate him with nitrous oxide (flavored like chocolate), and when that didn’t work, he was restrained to a special board so that they could examine his teeth. (He needed the examination and this was the only way they felt it could be done safely.) He was very traumatized for weeks after that, and I knew we were never going back.

I went in for a cleaning and had a great experience. The office uses regular communication to make sure you are all set for your appointment and even sends a text to make sure you can find the front door. Their online system was surprisingly convenient. Lanie was very intelligent, answering and explaining all my questions while keeping an optimistic outlook. She went over each step in the process and made casual conversation; thanks to her I was very comfortable. The front office was extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall bright and happy place.

The BEST dentist I have ever been to. Everyone in the office was super friendly! My hygienist was amazing, she was so sweet, took time to explain everything she was doing and made me feel like I was the most important patient of the day. They did full X-rays and digital scans of my mouth and she explained everything they look for on the scans. I highly recommend this place. Dr Matthew had been my dentist since last 2 years and he is excellent. Entire staff there is good, all the dental hygienist and the receptionist. Big kudos to the entire team for doing excellent job. When you set the appointment you can do a quick in and out without wasting time waiting in the lobby, there is always ample parking and it is conveniently located.

Absolutely phenomenal staff - super responsive, proactive, polite and just amazing people. This office is super gentle and high tech, fully explains everything happening and all procedures and any plans for dental work. Dr. LoPresti is really open, straightforward and fun. He has an incredible staff and the facility is absolutely beautiful - spotless with all necessary modern protocols in place to treat patients during Covid. One of the best dental visits I’ve ever had in my life. Highly, highly recommend this practice!!!

Wow, I loved this place! I had been with my other dentist for at least 20 years and they had just fallen off. I decided to give this place a try after my husband went to them recently and could not be happier. I hate the dentist, let’s be honest, I think everyone does. Excellent service from beginning to end. This office takes your teeth seriously and is seriously in the 21st century. Dr. LoPresti and his team carefully examined my teeth, did a fantastic cleaning, told me about my options for next steps, and were efficient without sacrificing kindness or warmth.
