Extremely dissatisfied! I took my vacuum to emporium and was helped by Becky. I was quoted a reasonable price to get my vacuum cleaned out. They said nothing else was wrong with it. I had to wait months just to get my vacuum cleaner cleaned. The loaner she gave me while I waited broke down the first time using it. When I came in to pick up my vacuum cleaner three months later Becky had jacked up the price making me pay double the amount otherwise she would not give me my high dollar vacuum cleaner. I get my vacuum cleaner home and noticed that the lenses on my vacuum cleaner were missing. I called

Extremely disappointed. Took My Singer to be cleaned $85.00 ish. Tried to use it a few weeks later and it would not sew, kept bird nesting. Took the machine back and there were broken parts, another $52.00 later. I will find a different business to service my machines from now on. I really expected a test run before it left the shop the first time. Machine was transported in a case.
