We help small business owners, camp directors, and non-profits navigate the organizational changes they need to make in order to achieve their objectives and dreams! Are energy leeches sucking the life out of you and/or your organization? Are projects getting stuck? If so, you are not alone! This is very common, but it doesn't have to stay that way.
We help you identify what those leeches are: Lack of visibility, not enough cash, sticky staffing situations, lack of clear direction, not enough time, etc. Then we guide you through our 5 step process in order to eliminate them. During an initial free rapid results planning session we will identify your vision for the future, uncover hidden constraints and develop a plan for the future.

I've been hooked on whitewater rafting since my dad took me down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon when I was a teenager. Forward One's "Business and Rafting" started as a unique alternative for business people to network. It has since been expanded to include nonprofits, start ups, and anyone who serves in a leadership position. It creates an active adventurous environment that brings people together in a way that a routine breakfast meeting can not.

They had a long time Director who led the charge in developing the campus and programming for 30 years. In the years following his departure many issues began to surface.
I was an outdoor recreation major in college and ended up in supply chain leadership after graduation. In 2002 an opportunity opened for me and my family to start an adventure company offering whitewater rafting trips on the Arkansas river. Most companies offered the same trips and there were price wars that prevented them from becoming viable.
