Not very happy with them. Bought a new four wheeler from them in 2019. Went very well. Began talking to them about trading in my old one and buying abother one. After talking to the salesman for some time i found out they only had ones with thousands of dollars worth of dealer added accessories. Told the salesman I wasn't interested in that and just wanted a basic four wheeler and that I was willing to wait for one. He told me they would not do that and refuse to sell me a stock four wheeler.

Sean was awesome through the process of getting a Pioneer 1000-5. We went and talked to him in April about purchasing one. They were hadn’t been getting any of them in at that time so he took our name and number and put us on a list. We kept in touch and finally got the call in October that one was in. He made the process easy!

I came into the store on Saturday 10/16. I spoke with Jay. He was great in assisting me and answering all of my question. I will definitely be back.

Me and my husband walked in to buy a fourwheeler the sales guy looked unprofessional act like he didn't even want to make a sale didn't even bother to show us around see what was in stock not like they was busy so I went took my business to mike Johnson's power sports who was able to help and got a brand new fourwheeler for the farm Honda needs to train their sales men better in costumer care

I've been looking for a side by side and had to be put on a waiting list at all dealers. Wednesday night I get a text from the salesman that the one I want is coming in the morning delivery, I promptly tell him yes I want it. The next morning he has me fill out the paperwork & just when I got done he informed me that they sold it to someone else while I was doing the paperwork. Honda of Russellville treated me like a second class citizen & no I won't be doing business w them. I contacted Heartland Honda of Springdale, got approved for $18,999.00 & put a deposit on the one I want, it'll arrive around

I have a 2008 goldwing. I had these people replace fork seals, adjust valves, replace air filter, and service the final drive. I was given an estimate far less expensive than anyone here in Hot Springs. I was told by my local Honda shop 2 to 3 months to complete. Russellville Honda said 2 to 3 weeks. I dropped off on a Saturday and picked up the next Saturday. (AWESOME!!) The people were very friendly and informative. I saved enough to make it worth trailering the bike up there, I got a ride to pick up the bike and had a nice ride back. This will definitely be my repair and parts place of choice

Love my talon. I've been dealing with Mark at this dealership for probably 2 months. He got everything I wanted on my talon and was always helpful when I had questions. Let's see how the next few months go and I will update if needed. If you need a Honda call Mark at Honda of Russellville.

Bought my 2019 Honda cb650r here after talking with Roger and Mark .Great guys and was very helpful straight forward on there best otd prices. I'm a repeat customer here and bought my first atv from them when I was 13 yrs. old and many atv's and bikes since. Won't find a better deal anywhere else in Arkansas. Roger beat the other Honda dealers price by almost $1000 dollars on this bike and I couldn't pass that deal up since at that time there was only 5 of these bikes in Arkansas and he had 2 of them and this was his last one he could get for a little while.

Great experience. I purchased a motorcycle in October 2018 and had an excellent experience. Chris Howell was very friendly and accommodating as I drove from TX. I will continue to come here in the future and recommended it to anyone looking for a Honda product. Great selection and service.
