Services
We accept most insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, Ambetter, Health Advantage, Cigna, Aetna, Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, UMR, AllWell, and Coventry. You can call ahead to the office to have staff verify your benefits and determine the applicable co-pay or fees. Physical therapy requires a referral from a physician for all insurance.

Awesome! I was searching google to try to find a chiropractor I could trust, and Integrity came through! My chiropractor was Dr.Thompson, he gave me my first ever adjustment, and answered all questions I had. I was exceedingly happy with his care, weight practically fell off my shoulders, instant relief! Will definitely be coming back, I highly recommend this place, especially if it's your first time.
