They were awesome! I was calling to be picked up at the Masistrates Office because I was released from Jail at about 4:30 in the morning. A friend I let spend the night at my apartment got drunk and out of control so the police were called. Even though I was in the Right and did absolutely Nothing wrong, I had a Warrant for a ticket I received many years ago. This time I didn't appreciate the police for doing their job and allowed them to arrest me. I was only in jail for about 2hours then released with"time served". Sadly the sweater I was wearing was no match for the wind and temperature which

We were stranded out in the middle of nowhere with a broken down rental car. We were on our way to the airport and a risked missing our flight. Robert was able to dispatch a cab out to us and it came very quickly. We were greeted by Melvin who turned out to be nothing less than a guardian angel. He was so kind and polite and treated my family with dignity and respect. He got us to the airport safely and in just enough time to catch our flight. An amazing company.

Robert was professional, kind, punctual, and gracious! We came in for a conference and there were few Uber/Lyft rides available to the JW Marriott, as it's pretty far out. When it was time to return to the airport, Robert arrived early and we had another great experience. The Uber and Lyft rides we had in San Antonio were not nearly the same quality of professional experience.

Based on my experience with National Cab I would rate them zero stars of five stars. BLUF = Do not trust this company. They are unreliable! I reserved a cab on line four days in advance of my flight. I received an e-mail and text confirming my cab reservation. The National Cab Supervisor (Robert Gonzales) sent me a text with the driver's name (Luiz) and the cab # confirming the reservation. On the morning that I requested the cab the driver (Luiz) did not show. I called his cell # and left a voice mail and texted the National Cab dispatcher. I never received a response from either person. I had

This taxi service saved our daughter and her friend when they were stranded out of town by irresponsible adults! They were more than willing to go late at night to pick them up and take them where they needed to be so that they could come home safely. The driver David was great! He texted me a picture of the cab and a brief info about him the day before. He was very professional. He came ahead of time and was very informative with a pleasant attitude. I wish we had more taxi drivers like him. The price to get to the airport was reasonable as well.

Had a really great experience with this company. We needed a pickup at 3 AM in San Antonio to go to the airport. We arranged the pickup via phone the night before and were put right in touch with our driver. David was very accommodating and even took card payment, which was super convenient. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We opted for a cab rather than an Uber for the reliability and was not disappointed in the least. David was very pleasant and an exceptional driver. He even took us to the exact terminal. Thanks so much for making our travels a little less stressful!

I just talked to them on the phone but when they told me they don't want to talk to me because they only speak English I already saw that they are very discriminatory against me.
People that have met mein Yelp events know my English is good, so when the guy on the phone started to interrupt me and told me my English isn't good enough for him I should have just stopped talking to him.
Now I might think about complaining to the city as he discriminated me for my accent.
Please choose any other cab company besides this one.
And the reason I called them was that one of the drivers was texting
