Worse service ever! I do not see any professionality in this place. I wanted to try since a friend recommended!!!!???? I went with appointment, they said they can't do it , because they are busy that day!!!I was asked to email all my papers to the office,...I did, since then they do not answer phone calls, emails, texts,...even they do not let me know if they received my papers.
Please do not even think of this place that can handle your tax filing. Such a bad experience!

I've been using this service for over 15 years and I haven't had any incidents, misplaced documents, or payments. Nabil was the accountant that helps me with my tax returns. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. It could be a very stressful business at this time of the year but as customers, we have to understand what they are going through in this pandemic. The COVID policy, social distancing, and the aggravated customers. We reach out to Omar business because we are seeking help to complete our transaction and because we like the team. First of all— I am not a competitor, I am simply a guy who heard about these guys and wanted to go in there to file my taxes, but..... decided “NOT TO”. I don’t know why the phone never goes through. There is no ring tone sound from other side even though it seems like someone picked it up but no response. And once it happened someone picked it up but her tone was so depressing. I then called probably 20 times to cancel my appointment it the same issue. I am thankful to myself that I didn’t go there.

We have used their tax service over 10 years. Of course, we are satisfied with their work with reasonable price. However, their appointment system is always a joke. Before the pandemic, the office is always packed and you have to wait at least more than a half hour even you made an appointment in advance. They are always running behind and overbooked.

I really wanted to like this place. Both my fiancé and future sister in law got their taxes done here. It was super fast, easy, convenient and VERY cheap.
I sat with my fiancé as he did his return, I asked Nabil to please schedule me in for an appointment in a couple of weeks. I saw him double click on his calendar and took down my contact information. Two weeks later here I am, I showed up 15 minutes early before my appointment, eager to get my taxes done in the same speedy matter.
