The two men that came to our home did a fantastic job! Our windows never looked better and I know that the job was not easy. We have very old windows with 24 panes on each one. The customer service and quality of work with SSC Window Cleaning is terrific. I was able to get a quote very quickly and though I had some issues getting around to scheduling the appointment, Gisele stayed in contact with me and was very patient with my timelines. On the day of the job, the crew showed up on time to clean our gutters and did a wonderful job. There was a miscommunication with the office and they didn’t have the equipment to do the dryer vent cleaning, but they came back a few days later to finish the work. I highly recommend SSC and will be using their services again in the future

Despite their disclaimers stating that any additional costs would have been disclosed before projects commenced, SSC did not disclose that my project would require more materials resulting in a 37% price increase over their original bid before they started my gutter cleaning and guard installation project. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled and lack of responsiveness from their team.

I have used SSC for gutter cleaning twice since moving into my home a few years ago. Although a bit more expensive than other gutter cleaning services we have used, I have found that they are much more thorough and leave our property spotless when the job is done. My property is heavily wooded and we have tons of leaves and pines needles each year. This year we were delayed in getting our annual cleaning done and they were able to fit us in within 3 days! Communication with the office is very efficient and all team members are friendly and polite. We’ll continue to use SSC going forward.

From Point A, SSC was amazing! Because of the complexities of our house, 4 floors and additions, they first came and took photos before they gave an estimate. They sent the proposal by email and it was very easy to understand and professional.Then they actually came several days later!
After using a company for years that never showed up when they said they would and then would just spend twenty minutes, this was an amazing change. They spent over 2 hours and even flushed the downspouts.The workers were very pleasant and efficient and they did an excellent job.
