Called and received a voice-mail message stating the company was assisting another client and that responses would be within 15 minutes. Left my name, phone number and a brief description of what I was needing. Never received any response. Not a good way to earn business if they can not even return a phone call.

I have a four bedroom four bath and I am in the process of a Marie Kondo overhaul. I recently got rid of a lot of my furniture and I mainly just needed the walls clean for this time. We have vaulted ceiling's and three levels so I knew it would be a big job so I told them only to do the first 4 feet high for the walls.We have four kids and the walls get messy especially since they are little and they hold on to the stairs climbing up. Tenants moved out and literally trashed the place! I have never in my life seen filth, grime, like these tenants left! Disgusting! Dog urine, smoke, among other things. My usual cleaning lady went and said nope, sorry! This is too much! I can't clean all this by myself :(
I contacted Teresa for a quote via yelp and she responded immediately. I needed someone to go clean the next day and she said she could do it. She came and gave me an estimate and she brought her crew the next day and cleaned the house from Top to bottom. They were there for about 9 hours but man the filth those tenants

New infant, work, and grad school no time to clean. I’ve tried Handy and local cleaning companies but never felt the personal attention to my needs like I experienced with Strictly Maids. They cleaned it all, even what my last service missed without me pointing it out to them. And it didn’t cost more! I learned about Theresa’s services from a coworker that hired her. If you bought or rent in Otay Ranch, you have to get Strictly Maids. Such a relief.

I chose to do a move out clean and I am so glad I went with Strictly Maids. Teresa worked with my schedule and texted me ahead of time to confirm the time. I had to return to pick up some stuff left at my apartment and when I walked in, it was so clean. It looked like when I had first moved in. I appreciate the work that was done and can't thank her and her team enough for making our apartment look spotless.

So I called and told them deep clean. I told them apart from cleaning the entire house I need under furniture, fridge, oven, micro, stove, seasoning cabinet etc..everything you would expect from a deep clean. They got here late and then asked me what I want done?
Deep clean is self explanatory and I called and told them on the phone.
One lady was supposed to stay and clean solo but When I told them certain things like fridge and stove under furniture she said "well we will need the two of us". ok thats fine.
Then she said "we don't move heavy furniture" !?

Theresa and her crew have been part of our life for 8 years. We have had weekly cleanings and at times we have asked her to switch days and times and she has always been accommodating. The women who work with Theresa are very good natured, and they do an excellent job keeping the house looking great. I am sorry we have to leave them behind when we move.

This company was a total stress reliever for me, we recently moved into a new house in Eastlake and needed house cleaning, when we called this company they were very professional and scheduled an appointment that worked for my busy schedule. The workers did a great job, they went above and beyond, I was supper impressed.
