SCAM. Search up "Free water tester scam"on YouTube and shows what these sales people do. Nearly exact. Save yourself money and the stress for somthing else. Most of these reviews are bots to make them look good and/or have many individuals working for them and reviewing them. YOU CAN GET A CHEAPER PRODUCT IN HOME DEPOT!!!

This is a shout out to Rodolfo Hinojosa! Excellent customer service, personable and attentive to all questions we had regarding this water system. He came by with his handy dandy lil mini lab in a black lil case. He showed us and explained to us what is in our water, the great part was it was all in Spanish so my mother can understand clearly. We basically spoke Spanglish. Rodolfo has a very calming and reassuring demeanor which is a plus and asset to the company. I also want to shout out to the installer can’t remember his name but he is from Colombia and since I was at work, my mom was present

My parents are elderly and they were approached to get this water system installed at there home. They stated they would get a free trip and would not have to pay for the system till December of this year. They provided them with a check to cover the rest of the months payments. When they installed the system they broke a water line in my parents home. My parents immediately called to have the system removed and when the representatives came to there home 5 days after they stated due to the fine print it was past the 3 days to uninstall for free. My mom and aunt have this system. I wanted the same, but unfortunately mine hasn’t worked since day one. It was installed on June 2020 and til today my water is still cloudy and not transparent! All of my efforts to complaint from day one have been useless. The sales representative gave me the runaround and unreasonable explanations, as to why after months of the install the water is still cloudy and white! I have contacted their customer service numbers listed on the website and they too, have not resolved it. At this point, I want a full refund and someone to come pick up the filter. I feel
