Tony Noceti is a French Camp farmer, entrepreneur and auto racer who is extremely familiar with Event Promotions and Motorsports. In 2009, he restarted a dormant Stockton 99 Speedway providing quality family motorsports entertainment, which lead to creating a blazing fast dirt track at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds in 2013.
