I'm laughing as I write that, but it's a maniacal laugh filled with horror.
This is, hands down, the worst "professional" experience I have EVER encountered.
The sales rep flat-out lied to me about the terms of the contract as well as the weekly minimum delivery.
They never ever ever brought the right amount of linens - sometimes they would literally only bring me 3-4 when I was supposed to have over a hundred. But don't worry - they have 7 days to "fix it" - meaning on their next delivery date. But it's a "rolling"
