I just have to acknowledge what an amazing person that this company has working for them. His name is Ranier Collins who is so patient, kind, caring, and most of all very professional. I went through a very vigorous ordeal being six months pregnant waiting for repairs to get done in order to get an approval. Not any fault of alliance by the way. I am so happy he made himself available as a point of contact for me when I couldn’t get any answers. I don’t know who his manager is but he’s an excellent representative of this company. A relatively young property management company that brings a fresh outlook on a tired industry. It's a tough business, but Alliance Property treats us, the owner, and our tenants like they really care.
