Car got towed. Got a ride to the tow place. my ID and my cash were in my car. She said she would not allow me into my own car to get it and they would not release the car to me without my ID or the money. I asked how can I get my car back then? She said it wasn't her problem. I told her I was in the middle of moving across the country, lost my ID somewhere in the car, had my passport buried in the trunk and that I could totally get my ID or passport if they just supervised me while I looked for it. I'm a 24yo Female traveling alone

The dispatcher and delivery driver were very professional. Jared, the driver, called when he was on his way, just like the dispatcher said he would. He had the truck loaded and headed to the shop within 10 minutes of arrival. I will be using advanced towing in the future.

I got a flat tire on I95 N, just north of the Pecan Park on ramp. My insurance company was going to make me wait 2 hours for a tow company out of Saint Augustine that I was going to have to pay for. So I called Advance Towing. Alyssa was 5 minutes from me and handled my car so quickly and efficiently! Such a great lady! Very professional.

PUBLIC BEWARE! This is a shady tow company. This company has been a nightmare, from the point they towed my vehicle to their yard. On 15 Sep 20, my daughter needed a tow to pull my flooded SUV from a Florida beach. Not sure who called Advanced Towing and Recovery for assistance, but nevertheless they arrived and pulled my car off the beach. My daughter called the company to inquire about the tow cost and to schedule a time to retrieve her personal effects from the vehicle. The lady on the phone quoted her $300. She told my daughter she would not allow her to get her belongings from the vehicle

I stupidly drove my Toyota Camry onto the beach at Nassau sound and got stuck in the sand. I called Advanced Towing to tow me out. They requested a 250.00 payment up front. Out of desperation I charged my credit card. I waited for them for about 45 minutes. During that time some kind folks pulled my car out of the sand. I immediately called Advanced Towing to cancel the tow. They said okay the tow is cancelled, however they still charged my card. On 20 January 2020 at 1:04 p.m. I called Progressive to have our 2005 Chevy Duramax 2500 diesel towed to the repair shop in Callahan for repairs. It is not running. I received a text from Progressive with the Advanced Towing Company name and contact information and a link that stated that they had an ETA of 2:45 p.m. At 3:45 p.m. I called Advanced Towing to check on their ETA and was told several excuses why they hadn't arrived, one being her child was sick with strep and another that she thought she had declined the call. Absolutely the worst towing company in Northeast Florida. The tow truck driver went to load my car and backed it into my other car in the street. So as my wife was about to call the police to do a police report the driver called the office and the owner and his girlfriend said we have a body shop we can fix it don't worry about it please don't do a place report for insurance reasons. Neither of my vehicles have been fixed and can't get them to call me back! I not only would never recommend them I intend posting what has happened to me on all social media weekly so this doesn&apos

Called insurance company at 8 am locked keys in car. Said this company would be here by 9. At 9 called the company they said it will be 925. At 930 I called the company they said another 45 minutes then called and said they were canceling the request and not coming at all. Would not recommend them ever to anyone. Lady who answers the phone is super rude.

They were called in the morning but never showed up even after repeated calls during the day from me and my insurance company. They told us they would be there no later than 5:30 p.m. The woman who answers the phone was rude as well. Thankfully I wasn't standing on the side of the road somewhere alone.

They did over $2,500 in damages to the sunroof wind deflector, roof, door, hood, side-view mirror, and broke the WINDSHIELD, while towing it to Coggin Honda in Jax. This business is family owned and run by good natured Nassau County Florida folks. Their customer service was phenomenal! I highly recommend them for your towing or roadside rescue needs. Alyssa (the sweet woman who works at the shop) and Walter (a driver) are professional, courteous and brimming with southern charm. They helped my mother and I promptly with getting our vehicle. Upon noticing that the battery had died, they gave us a jump start and recommended businesses with stellar reputations to replace the battery and get a check up to make sure that what appeared to be leaking oil was not

Alyssa is rude and disrespectful, I used my insurance company for the tow and called for an eta, Alyssa proceeded to say "It's not my fault that your car isn't working, I told you it'll be 2 hours when you called before." I called today to speak with a manager and was told she owns the company and I was called the B word, that's insane, I've never been called a B word by a business, She's going to cost them a lot of money, I'm in disbelief that she's dealing with people and they still have a business. DO NOT USE THEM!
