I used Yelped to help figure out what I needed for my 1300 sq house. It's a small home and I thought well, maybe I can just run wires through it because my WiFi is trash. It could be I'm using the internet providers modem, but for the amount I was paying... on a good day... I would say over WiFi I was getting less 4th of the speed with interment drops. I work from home and at this point people were suspecting that I was just leaving calls because I didn't want to be in them.

Issac was amazing. He provided a quote over the phone and showed up on time. That is not as common as you would expect in the world of mobile IT. The original job to run cable in my walls appeared to be straight forward, but when some builder "hidden flaws" came to light Issac kept his cool and found the clean solution. He solved the problems in a way that showed old fashion craftsmanship and pride in his work. He ended up spending an unplanned hour in my attic, at high noon, and never complained. The work doubled, but he stood by his original quote. I will be hiring him again for security cameras

I was contacted by Isaac when my printer went down and I tried to find someone to look at it for me. I work from home so it is vital that everything is in working order. He came out the same day and within 20 minutes my printer was up and running. He even took the time to update some apps on my PC. That same day, my PC died (what are the odds of that happening) I contacted him again and by the end of the week, I had a completely new system up and running. He was able to retrieve all my documents from the old hard drive (will be backing up on the cloud now) I truly appreciate the time Isaac took
