I wasn't an actual customer of their design services but I took a table of their hands that we're getting rid of. Me being me, I didn't think to bring a hand truck with me and I didn't accurately measure my car's space. Long story short - 3 ppl came out to help me: taking the table out to my car, then carrying it back inside to take the legs so it could fit, the tabletop nearly fit (through these 3 ppl's great effort) but it still stuck from my back seat and out the trunk. Out came the twine and scissors - ten minutes later I'm on the road. Really lovely employees
