Services
The mission of the Environmental Services Division at DOW is to improve the delivery of patient care by providing an aseptic environment for patient care and an overall pleasing environment for patients, staff, and visitors. We are an experienced Environmental Services provider in facilities all over the State of Arkansas.
At DOW, our policy is to hire the right people, give them proper specifications and precisely written work schedules, and monitor their performance. All our personnel are selectively screened and tested. They are well trained and motivated, and we pay our workers a higher wage than the local industry standard.

Almost 2 years without a raise when promised a raise after 3 mos. Always an excuse about raises! One boss impartial constantly telling us how sorry the building Wal Mart call center was. The employees at the call center always talking to us about what a great job we did! Unfortunately our boss Allen never told us what a good job we were doing! Totally sick of the drama in the building. So happy to be gone with a new job!

The management is terrible. The boss Is Ramona and she needs to be replaced. Work pay is great ( depending on where you will be cleaning ) but they don’t know how to hire the right staff to save there life. So many times did they let there employees at my location miss so much work without any consequences when others were written up or fired.
We were treated unequally.
Ramona doesnt care about her employees.
I was there best employee during the time I worked for them at the call center.
She let me go because other people had issues or just didn’t like me. All they care about is being liked
