Easy to talk to, fast and knowledgeable service, and they stand behind what they do. We've had a couple of experiences with them, and the most recent experience we had was fantastic. Dan and his crew worked hard to make sure we had what we needed and knew what our options were. They kept us from having to buy a new deep freezer, which I greatly appreciate!!

I don't often write a review for repairs but am making an exception for the service I received yesterday. My refrigerator started making "noises" and we called Dr. Dan. The technician who came out was very knowledgable and patient at the same time. He was able to diagnose the problem and then proceeded to tell me why we did not want to repair our existing refrigerator but to buy a new one. We bought a new one last night and I am thankful for the advice we were given.

Dr. Dan's was professional and easy to contact through the website. They were able to determine one of the issues with my washer just over the phone and had the part on hand and sent it with the service tech. They were able to promptly schedule a service call that was convenient to me and kept me informed when the he was due to be there. Steve was personable and able to determine the issue right away. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would not hesitate to use their service again and to recommend them with no reservation.
