Nice to meet you. I am a lifelong Michigan resident and have been in practice for over 20 years. I graduated from the University of Michigan with high distinction in Microbiology, and graduated from Wayne State University's School of Medicine in 1984. For the next four years I trained in General Surgery and then completed my residency in Plastic Surgery at Providence Hospital.

Liposuction, technically known as suction-assisted lipectomy, is a technique to remove unwanted fat deposits from specific areas of the body, including the chin, neck, and cheeks; the upper arms and above the breasts; the abdomen; buttocks, hips and thighs; and the knees, calves and ankles. These procedures are meant for body contouring.
As people age, the effects of gravity, exposure to the sun and the stresses of daily life can be seen in their faces. Deep creases form between the nose and mouth; the jaw line grows slack and jowly; folds and fat deposits appear around the neck. A factlift (technically known as rhytidectomy) can't stop this aging process.
For patients desiring to improve the contour of the neck and jaw line (or jowls), there are two procedures that can help. If the neck is an area that your body tends to store fat, then microsuction of the neck may be recommended. If the skin and muscle in the neck and jaw line have become weak over time than a neck lift may be recommended.

Had a labiaplasty with him and it was amazing. Super comfortable and makes you feel so relieved. I had literally no swelling or pain, and healed quickly. Results look artistic and beautiful. I worked for him many years ago. Extremely conscientious concerning his patients. He always had their best interest in mind. I Saw beautiful results on facelifts, tummy tucks, blepharoplasty's (upper and or lower eyelids) liposuction and more. He also performed wonderful results doing reconstructive surgery following accidents, burns etc. Dr.Osgood enjoyed sharing his talents. He is also board certified through the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
