I came to the Liverpool location to get a helix piercing. I called ahead and was able to get a same-day appointment to see Jason. He was very informative on the phone, telling me what I needed to do to prep for the appointment, how much the piercing would cost, and answering all of my asinine questions.
The shop is very clean, spacious, and conscious of COVID protocols. The staff is super nice. Jason was very nice, professional, and efficient. He observed good sanitation practices, and I did not have to remove my mask to get the piercing done. He took me through the whole process, showed me how

Parking was a nightmare which caused me to be a tiny bit late (which I understand can be frustrating to the employees) and in turn, I was greeted with an unfriendly and not understanding attitude after I explained my situation and apologized multiple times. My piercing went extremely quickly and I felt I was being rushed out the door even though there were no visible clients waiting for their appointments. Don’t say you can handle my piercing if you’re “completely swamped”, and stop taking new appointments if you’re going to treat them this way. However, one positive is that my piercing

I came in for my first tattoo on my arm, I had Mike and he was very pleasant to work with. He talked me through all the steps he was going to take and made sure to reassure me whenever I felt nervous. The tattoo wasn't as painful as I originally thought and he even took some extra steps to make the tattoo look sharp and clear. Very nice, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a (metaphorically) painless process. (They're also located next to Syracuse University so they're also very experienced with first-timers!)

While I went to their Liverpool location, the Halo Tattoo shop was great. I called for a nose piercing and they were able to squeeze me in promptly. Because I had to go in alone for COVID safety, I was a bit nervous but the piercer was quick, careful and did an excellent job. I'm not someone who gets tattoos, but great piercer!

Had my first tattoo done here by Aaron. It was quick and painless( that’s right painless) and very well done. I love it. And I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it.
Had to return a few weeks later for a new tattoo (because you can’t have just one)
This time it was DJ Rose. Did a fantastic job!! I love this tattoo as well!
Friendly atmosphere. Professional artists. And good pricing.
Don’t forget to tip them. After all they are taking your idea and turning it into wearable art that you are publicly promoting for them.

The guy that did my tattoo, jesse, didnt seem to welcoming, especially with it being my first tattoo, i didnt feel very comfortable, my tattoo is kind of wonky, took 3 minutes and didnt even get charged the shop minimum, and never gave me after care instructions! i feel like whether its someones first tattoo, or hundredth, you should still provide after care instructions, otherwise my experience was decent, but probably wont return

Have been going here since I turned 18, I usually see Anthony he's great, he's done all my tattoos except the heart, I think Ron did that one. They're super continent with the walk in aspect, clean, not the most expensive but not the cheapest, worth it for the quality though. Have been there during covid and it's just as clean, masks required like anywhere else, and you have to wait for someone to let you in the shop.

I've been getting my piercings done by Jason approaching 10 years, out the 6 I have gotten I have never had an issue with any of them. He always takes the time to explain the process, answer any questions, and educate on aftercare. Shop is incredibly clean. Have recommended him to friends and family and they too have had the same great experience.

I've been here twice in the past month for piercings and the piercer here is great! He's very friendly and makes it very quick and easy. I got a nose piercing the first time and came back to get a daith piercing done, both times it went very well! He definitely knows what he's doing and does a great job answering any questions about the piercings and aftercare. Cheaper than other piercing places i've been to as well!

Worthy of no stars. It may have been an easy 100 bucks for you...... but tattooing an 18 year old and failing to provide them with any sort of guidance (minimally artist guidance) is a disgrace. I hope you are happy with your work and enjoy that 100 bucks because I think it is the worst tattoo that I have ever seen.

I had four piercings within a week Jason did all of them .
Jason is very professional and personable.
He asked me what I wanted , gave me the pros and cons of each . He also showed me the placements on my face to make sure I liked where they would be .
Jason is an artist he looks at your face and knows by the structure what looks good .
I have no problem putting my faith in him and letting him pick .Everything he did is perfect and beautiful.
He also told me how to properly care for my new piercings and if I needed anything to let him know .

Awesome place came here as a walk in looking for some ink. Took about an hour for my leg piece, clean, fast, & great service. Andrew knows what he's doing. I stood up & got a little light headed& he knew exactly why. Even gave me a piece of candy for the low blood sugar. All around great experience.
