Franklin-Lavery & Associates, Inc. was founded in January of 1989 by Kirk Franklin and Mike Lavery. After spending the majority of their careers in banking, Kirk and Mike decided to use their collective financial expertise to enter into the investment business, expanding the services offered to the many clients they had served over their careers.
In 1994 Mike's son, John Lavery, joined the firm with a background in public accounting. In 2000, Chris Mackenzie came on board after a career in the military and with a major corporation. After a successful career, Kirk retired in 2002 and Mike retired in 2011. Today, our group of registered advisors and talented staff work together in advising more than 1,000 clients.
