Little Bear Saloon and restaurant, located in historic downtown Evergreen, Colorado, fits everyone's image of an old western saloon: Swinging saloon doors, brass registers, old wooden bar stools, walls and ceilings with people's names carved into them. There are numerous license plates from around the country and other corners of the globe.
And where license plates aren't hanging, there's memorabilia, including signed posters and T-shirts from the many musicians and bands that have played at the Little Bear over the past four decades. Little Bear saloon and restaurant is a living piece of Rocky Mountain history and is as authentic as it gets.

First I'm visiting this little gem. Reminds me of my hometown. Had such a wonderful time. Will definitely be coming back. Live band was amazing people are wonderful didn't try the food this time definitely will next time. But if you're looking for a small town bar with a homey feel, this is definitely your place.

Fun place! Food and staff are wonderful! I got the melt, but my husband got the Buffalo burger and would not quit talking about how good it was! My dish, as well, was devoured. Was a little disappointed there wasn't more onions on my melt, the description made it sound like there was a lot of onions piled on it (which I LOVE), but for those who don't like many onions it would have been perfect for them! :) Fun stop, would definitely stop again if I'm in town!

This place always has great music. The chicken fingers are huge but delicious. Watch out for the very rude bartender named Scott. If you want people to come back you don't talk to customers about tipping. You don't treat people that way. If you were having a bad day that is still no excuse. He should be working in the kitchen, then he doesn't have to deal with the public! Who would want that kind of help waiting on the customers.. The manager Rich is awesome, he is so friendly.
