Michael Todd's Cleaners is proud to offer conveniently located facilities with environmentally-friendly cleaning fluids. We have pick-up and delivery services. The dry cleaning fluid we use is DF-2000 fluid, an environmentally-friendly solvent. DF-2000 fluid is a major advance in hydrocarbon solvent dry cleaning.

I am taking the time to write this review because I’m tired of being over charged, treated with disrespect, and straight up - cheated every single time I pick up clothes from Michael Todd’s. I don’t want other people in Lake Geneva to fall victim to this thievery and horrible customer service. I have never been greeted with a smile, I have been yelled at when questioning why my cotton dress shirt is costing me $6 when it’s supposed to be $2 - $3 as advertised. I have been told by the staff that prices are going up and the last time I picked up clothes they had to pay me back several dollars

First time at this cleaners brought in a few shirts pointed out a spot that couldn't get out. That was fine but also dropped off a DB purse I asked to be spot cleaned. When I went back to pick up the purse the dye had leaked all over the purse and was completely discolored. The lady was rude said they we're not responsible and they don't do spot cleaning which I was not told when I dropped off purse. And on top of that told me I still had to pay the 20 some dollars for ruining my purse. I told them keep it and never went back. Wish I would have read reviews before. Save yourself a headache and
