Plum Construction, Inc. is Tuolumne County's leading commercial Design/ Build Contractor specializing in concrete and metal building design and construction. We design, permit and build projects from private shops and barns to large multi-building industrial and commercial facilities; with no project to large or small.
We often take the lead position on the design team, especially when the owner's main concern is overall cost and schedule. With in-house design, value engineering and estimating services we can provide the owner with accurate project cost during the design phase. We also work with engineers during the design phase offer the most practical design, which eliminates the timely and expensive re-design processes.

We'll design, permit and build a facility to meet your needs, with building footprints approved from 5,000 sf to 125,000 sf.

During the design phase we can offer accurate budgetary pricing, constructability detailing and possible value engineering options before plans are finalized, which saves the owner/ developer time and money.
