Peace at Home Caregivers is now one of the most regarded private in-home care providers in Kent, Ottawa & Muskegon Counties. Peace at Home Caregivers is an in-home service provider that assists individuals and families.
Our Companion Care services provide you with a companion caregiver to assist you with your day-to-day needs. We work with you to help you achieve your desire to remain at home. Often times requested services include: light housekeeping, running errands, assistance with pets, transportation to and from appointments and social events, home organization, assistance with meal prep and grocery shopping.
Our Personal Care services are provided by an experienced and trained caregiver. All of our caregivers undergo a thorough skills training and verification process prior to working in your home. In the home care industry, Personal Care Services is a broad term which is used when referring to someone needing support with personal hygiene and toileting, along with dressing and maintaining one's personal appearance.
At Peace at Home, we believe in building strong relationships while utilizing proven techniques to help facilitate the desire and opportunity for your loved ones independence at home. Our Care Coordinators are at the heart of this process, they work closely with family members to learn more about your loved one, their background and daily routines, along with likes and dislikes.
Our goal is to work alongside your loved one to help make the place they call home, a safe and comfortable place during this stage in their journey. Peace at Home Caregivers partners with local Hospice Agencies in order to provide a collaborative approach in caring for your loved one.
This collaborative approach allows us to provide supplementary services such as: medication reminders, personal care (general hygiene, bathing & incontinence care), additional emotional support, helping your loved one feel more comfortable - transfer assistance, and 24 hour bedside care.

As a caregiver for Peace At Home/DMS,I can honestly say my employer has the best interests for not only caregivers but clients as well.
If ever you run into problems,Laura and Chelsea are the "go to" women you need.
The only downfall- I wish we had meetings for just caregivers to express how things are going with clients. Without violating HIPAA laws of course.
Other than that,I truly love PAH,and what they stand for. I'm proud to be employed by this company.
