I went to Foy Insurance for a new policy. I was told if I put some gadget on my car I would get a discount -if my driving is good. No problem, gadget came in the mail a short time later and had to go to the insurance agency yet again and they (Peter) had to look up how to install. Well - my car is a almost 4 years old and has 23,500 miles on it. I have a perfect driving record! I work from home so I basically drive to the post office and the grocery store. So I get a notice that they are raising my rates! I ask why and this is what I get from them "Judy, sorry you aren't happy. I explained

I would like to compliment Foy Insurance on having such a fine representative as I have found Gail Brier to be. We have worked together over the last couple of years, and I have always been pleased by her prompt, accurate responses, her professionalism, and her knowledge of what it's all about -- that is invaluable to a layperson who can easily get confused by the ins and outs of insurance.
