Awakenings Christian Counseling is a faith based healing center that offers a multi-disciplinary approach to Holistic Health. It is our goal to offer a variety of healing practices to better serve our clients in a cluster setting which fosters a convenient, caring and coordinated effort to bring wellness in one space.
I believe that ultimately, clients know what is best for themselves; however, we all need Godly wisdom and a compassionate mentor to assist in "sorting out the messiness of life". It is a privilege and an honor to use my professional skills to incorporate hope, resiliency, healing, and watching God help people create success in various aspects of their lives.
At Awakenings Christian Counseling, we strive to focus on the concept of Mind, Body, Holy Spirit. It is understood that all elements in Allopathic and Homeopathic medicine are derived from elements of God's creation. The focus on well-being is to create a healthy balance in our lives by bridging the gap between both disciplines.
Our counseling therapists are comprised of Licensed and insured Professionals such as; Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Masters of Social Work (LMSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), State Certified Holistic Health Specialists and Certified Life Coaches.
We are actionable in our service and will develop a treatment plan with obtainable goals and objectives in which clients will work on to foster healthy change in their lives.The plan is an educational contract to hold the therapist as well as the client accountable to move the process of healing forward.

Music and sound are healing practices that make the heart sing. At Awakenings Christian Counseling, our Music therapist is focused on various genres of music and instruments to develop and expand a clients pathway to heal. Various instruments will be available to be played by the therapist and assisted play by the client.
