Crystal Windshield Repair

I hav even using Crystal glass since 2016 they do a fantastic,quick professional job! I had a stone chip which they fixed last week and they went above and beyond and cleaned all my windows on my vehicle and made them sparkle like new! Thank you again Crystal glass!

They had my rear window (a simple tinted window) changed out and because they knew I had recently lost my husband, they went the extra mile and cleaned my mats, vacuumed out my truck and wiped it down on the inside for me, simply out of the goodness of their hearts and still had it done in 40 mins. The window is perfect, the staff is kind and courteous, I couldn’t say more for them. Thank you again you guys, these little acts of kindness when you’re going through such difficult times mean the world. ❤️

Spoke to the manager, Darren, about replacing a windshield. He asked a couple questions to determine the glass I needed. He had it in stock and was able to fit me in same day. They were ready for me at my appointment time and had the old windshield out and new one in in under an hour. Everyone at the shop was friendly and accommodating. Top notch service! You can tell when a team works well together and enjoys where they work.

Due to some unfortunate mishaps of late We have had to visit Crystal Glass in South Edmonton Common on three occasions!! The Customer Service on each visit was Outstanding! Driving across the country (ontario->bc) and my windshield started lifting from the frame. Brought it in and they worked on it immediately. Got it off without needing to replace and sealed it properly. Didn't even charge me. Can't thank them enough. Great service and people.

I wish I could rate this company 500 stars. I just had the most pleasant experience with them in Fort McMurray. They were accommodating to my scheldule. They looked at my glass and when it could possibly be a warranty problem, they were so great about it and did not push me to use them as I told them I was going to take it to the dealership. This was one of my best experiences going to any place that involved my vehicle. Highly recommend.

Like any glass shop worth their salt they also handle flat glass, commercial units as well as custom cuts!

Just got my windshield done so not sure on the durability of the product. But so far so amazing! The cost was perfect for a brand new windshield and the service was quick and nice. They also took the time to vacuum my front seat and passenger side which was unexpected. Will totally come back!

I had used crystal glass for my honda civic and was very pleased with the service and end result. However upon a return visit a few years later I was very disappointed in the service and quality of work. I dropped off my BMW 330i at 8:00am and returned to pick it up at 4:30pm that day. I paid my bill and went home. Everything seemed fine until I took a closer look. First off, my windshield wipers were put on incorrectly.
