The people behind the counter were super nice and very helpful. I had a laptop that I needed to have shipped and they were able to package it very securely and ship it for me. They helped me fill out the paperwork and I was able to get my package shipped very efficiently. While I was there they had very nice conversation with me and I appreciated how friendly they were. I would absolutely go here again for any shipping needs.

I have been here before and the service was fine and the owner was pleasant. However, the last time I went an employee was helping me fax an item and we were waiting for the confirmation. As I waited I let another customer go ahead of me. When her transaction appeared to become a lengthy one I asked the clerk if she could check to see if the confirmation had come in. When I did that the owner, in a sort of scolding manner, asked the employee why she was helping me in front of another customer. I get that she may have not understood what was going on but I felt as though this was rude on her part

This is a really great store and they have a lot of things above and beyond postage. There were potato chips, candy, they can make keys, they have souvenirs, they can make copies, etc etc. I tried to mail a package at Cedar Park and the automated machine that prints postage was out of order. My only frustration was that my package was ready to go with a To: and a From: and she had to retype EVERYTHING and put her own label on the box. She even used a tape measure to measure every dimension of the box? which seemed a bit odd and took extra time. But it worked and they took a credit card for

Postal and mailbox store run by Val. She tries to please all her customers. Low prices on a lot of small office and trinket type stuff. Offers mailboxes for rent, ships US post office, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight. Many printers including a big one that can print excellent quality images. I printed a stretched canvas of my grandkids at a good price and came out excellent. I'm very pleased.
