I’ve worked with BCCO several times now and have always had great experiences. Recently, when pressed with a deadline, and the first sample was not as I envisioned, Yianni was able to accommodate my design modification at no additional charge and have it turned around in a week. Everyone I’ve interacted with at the company has had a very friendly attitude and they’ve shown that they are willing to help as best as they can to serve clients during these unprecedented times.

I needed a tshirt printed same day and BCCO delivered the goods no problem. I emailed them in the morning and got it just after lunch. The timing was dependent on me answering their emails. You have to approve the mock up and then they're good to go.! Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and they bring your order downstairs. Michael helped me a lot and was super professional and friendly.

They seem like nice people but they don't quality check and lack an understanding of apparel design...I've had my work done twice incorrectly and they clearly do not compare it to the original artwork before sending it out. After spending $300+ for a single yard, I'm extremely disappointed.
The first time: they used the wrong artwork file (they used my draft instead of the final version inc. in the latest email) and the quality was unusable (it was warped and filled with gaps) but they sent it to me anyway.

I found this place after searching for a while and it seemed good based on the reviews. I was wrong
I simply ordered 15 hoodies. HALF of them were wrong. One was ruined from the printer. They didn't send a set of sizes that i ordered, and sent them in a different size I didn't order.
Not only that, but they completely used different a different type of hoodie blank for some of them. It's not like they could be mixed up, they were champion hoodies with an embroidery on them, which is not what i ordered. Apparently it was a problem with some middleman, so i guess they don't do quality control.

Communication was phenomenal, even during a pandemic! The team handled my order with the utmost care and professionalism and found the exact color and vibe I wanted for my name on my golf bag. I was thrilled to find a business that did embroidery or printing with no minimums in NYC- I walked in and was promptly helped by one of the employees named Danny. Not only did he help me with understanding the different types of printing offered, he also provided advice in regards to the design rendering I wanted to use. Since he left, no one has followed up with me on my order, nor has provided the same level of care or expertise as he did. They lost a gem!

They made our custom hats for yacht week and we're super helpful with the design and executed timely. I'm only taking away one star because two of the hats flags started peeling before they were worn but I was able to save them with some parchment paper and a steam iron!! Would use them again for future projects

By far a terrible experience. Like most people probably, i decided to come here due to the reviews but that was a big mistake. It took me over a month to get my t shirts printed mind you turnaround time is said to be 10 days. Every couples days, they’ll update me saying they need more time so no corners would be cut and results would be perfected. Due to the fact I didn’t want no rushed products, I decided to change my deadlines on my end and accommodate their timing. Little did I know, this whole experience was just a scam. This place is overpriced and I spent a lot of money to receive less

I had an consulting appointment yesterday with Emily(one of their representatives). In 15 minutes she didn't even smile for a second. It was sure that she didn't love the job that she was doing. She was repeating: do you have any other question all the time. She didn't even care about me. I asked about 10 times if she could give me a quote for a specific service but she never told me that. She said send an email in our page. I was there talking to her, she was repeating send an email.

Had a little over a week to print a bunch of shirts for an event. The print itself was basic but we needed shirts in grey to match other items for the event. After initial back and forth emails including the artwork exchange and agreement of timing, I didn't hear back for 4 days. One of tha best places i ever found by random on Google and still go to up to today one of my favorite spots.
tha security downstairs his friendly and cool.
Yianni is tha best in that place and since they moved from tha 4th floor down to tha 3rd floor they are doing even bigger and great things .
i bin getting my stuff printed from them lots of years now ,
tha staff is cool and it is a chill spot no one is fighting , no one is complaining u will never have a upset customer like that because it doesn't exist .

My first time using BCCO NYC was a year ago, for a custom tiger print on a tank top I purchased. It was a special design, made to glow in the dark after being exposed to sunlight for a period of time. I couldn't believe the speed and perfection of the design given the short turnaround! I was very pleased with the results, and I still use the tank top which has held up pretty well with continued use.
I used them again recently for another tank top print, this time for a Dominican flag. I was pleased yet again, the design came out perfectly printed and ready to wear within a couple of days

I reached out to these guys for a large, 600+ t-shirt order for an upcoming work event. We had two different designs, each on two different color t-shirts, in sizes ranging from baby/kids to XXL!
They were obviously busy so we got passed around from point person to point person at first -- but once Danny was on our account, he took amazing care of us!!! As a small business owner, I feel as though I found a team that can finally keep up with me. I really like this place. Why? Well let me tell you...they aim to please. If you can create it, they can execute it --seamlessly.
I had an opportunity to see these guys manage my business in tough circumstances. BCCO made a mistake and corrected their mistake immediately. They stayed connected until I was COMPLETELY satisfied with the end product.

I'm heading to a party on Saturday and wanted to get a print done on a pleather jacket but didn't know where to go. Luckily, I found this place and because of the trusted reviews here on Yelp, I decided to check this place out and see what they could do. I do not regret making that decision!
Sheila helped me initially with the order and fixing the design, which I must say was amazing to see. I'm an accountant, so it's pretty cool to see how people in other industries work and she did a great job recreating the design so that it would come out perfect on the jacket.

The clock strikes 12 on the morning of my Birthday and I get this ephinay !!! I want a custom Bday shirt. Now where in the world would one get such a thing on such short notice no clue so I take to my Yelpers to guide me ...
Now I live in NJ and the place that got the Best reviews is in Manhattan luckily my fella is in NYC and agrees to go check the place out for me .
Now I have only one reference photo but nothing solid he walks in to talk to the staff there and they were nothing but accommodating.
