After driving from 11055 Airline Hwy to All Outdoor Store in Brusly in stop & go traffic yesterday (Friday), I arrived at 4:02 pm. The iron gate was already closed, no vehicles anywhere, & not a soul in sight either in the front or back. If I can find what I need at another store I will NOT be giving my business to this store again.

My experience here was awful. I gave them the model number serial number and every other number that is on the machine including the tags on the transmission which I needed a cooling fan they told me they had what I needed so I drove the 50 minutes to get there looked at the fan told the guy it didn’t look like the one I needed he said that’s the one. drove all the way back home wrong fan .... call them back talk to someone else they told me I didn’t need the fan all it does is keep the oil in the transmission cool 😐oooook then while I was there I needed some more parts for a chainsaw
