Octanes Service Department went out of their way to install accessories on my KRX 1000. While other dealers would not work on it because I did not purchase it from them (Because they did not have them) or their service department was 90 days back logged, Octane took on the installation and delivered on budget and a week early! The service technician even showed me everything that had been done, explained in detail how everything worked and made sure I was completely satisfied. Hard to find this level of service from any powersports dealer today!

I have called several times in need of some service! Can't ever get through to the service department and when I did finally get to someone not in service they wrote down my name and phone number and I haven't heard anything back for weeks now! It's a shame because I used to have great experience when they were Middletown Cycle! Guess they don't need my business? Are they too busy? Who knows!? Maybe I'm just unlucky 😕!

Purchased a new jet ski and in the midst of the purchase, misplaced the key. Called store - great interaction with receptionist, transferred to service and great interaction, transferred to parts and again great interaction with details that battery had to be fully charged and no codes being fired. Perfect I mention as I just purchased a new battery. Get to store, get to service and great interaction with intake, drive around back of store to drop off and service guy pops off to intake guy at service ‘this has to be ready and can’t have anything waiting’ and it wasn’t what he said but his
