We are not big enough to have our own full time HR person. We rely on SD HR Consulting to fill all of our HR needs. Recently they guided us through an employee complaint against another employee. They provided expert advice to help get us through all of the steps we needed to take to protect our company. I would recommend them to any company that needs that assistance.

SDHR is beyond a consulting business. We've had many opportunities to work with them (for a number of situations) and they always deliver. First, they helped us get all of our HR docs updated, in order and implemented. As a small business owner, it's very difficult to stay updated on labor laws and Etc.
