I recommend Dr. Frey to all of my friends and family. He truly cares about patients and has never made me feel like an inconvenience. I have been a patient of Foot & Ankle Associates of Cleveland for a couple of years. Dr. Megan L. Oltmann is the primary doctor I see, she is always friendly, and takes her time and makes sure your questions are answered. She did surgery on my foot, and I was extremely nervous about recovery, it was easier than I expected and the scars are invisible. Every staff member is friendly. The students are always professional, and know what they are doing. I highly recommend the Foot & Ankle Associates of Cleveland.

Absolutely amazing doctors and staff, very professional, friendly and experienced. I don't say this lightly, they have restored my faith in reasonable priced healthcare and complete service. In one appointment they had a chain saw wound fully cleaned and fixed up like it was nothing to them. If they move into family medical, I will never go anywhere else again. Best doctors appointment I have had in my entire life. 10/10

Dr. Frey takes the time and provides the attention and education needed to inform the patient of what is going on, how he can help, and what to expect. I have had two surgeries with him and both have been successful and stress-free. The office is always welcoming and caring and you never feel like just another patient. If you have any foot issues, large or small, I would go to Dr. Frey. He will take great care of you!

Doctor Frey and his staff (Dawn and Cameron) were wonderful!! From the time that I called to make my initial appointment (with Dawn) to the end of my second one, there was always a sense of urgency, very professional, friendly attitude, and fantastic bedside manner. The office was easy to find and very nice and clean. This was my first time seeing a podiatrist and Dr. Frey listened, answered all of my questions, and made sure I had a good understanding of what was going on and what to expect at all times. I would definitely come back in the future and recommend him to others!

I was in town visiting my family when I had an issue with my foot (very infected ingrown nail) that needed immediate attention. Dr. Craig Frey was able to fit me into his busy schedule and fix the issue. Before I was hardly able to walk (my fault for putting it off so long) and within 3 days I was back to normal. I highly recommend this practice. Bedside manner was great, office is clean and nice, and I also need to reiterate that if you have an issue don't put it off like I did
