Absolutely unprofessional and DO NOT CARE attitude from the speech therapist and stuff members! DO not use Cathy Nelson as your therapist, she is always late in the mornings that would affect your kids' time and your personal work schedule. I have been told by the front desk that the time is not going to be adjusted because it will affect other appointments but yes she can be late all the time. A few weeks ago we were waiting for her 15 minutes and apparently she cancelled the appointment and never notified us. So if you do not want to waist your time dot request early appointment and do not use

Lauren is the nicest person that works there however Leann can be a bit tricky to understand. I get the feeling that she doesn't like people very much. After dealing w leann I come away feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. she doesn't like to explain The products that she should be showing me how to use. So leaving me to figure out myself how to work my hearing aids and accesories at home via internet. Overall a very confusing and demeaning ordeal.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever been. I went here a year ago for a speech evaluation for my daughter who had just turned 2. I had my newborn son with me who was in need of my attention and my daughter was becoming uncooperative as she also wanted my attention and we were coming close to nap time. I was looking for support and information for my child’s speech as she was not speaking as much as some of her piers. Not only did I not receive a single bit of advice or help, all I walked away with was pure unjustified criticism on my parenting from the most unkind and uptight woman I’ve

This place lets you now that they are not going to be friendly, welcoming, or clean before you even get out of your car. The building had a sign on the door that says no cell phones, food, or drinks. They have similar bossy signs posted throughout the entire building. The front desk staff was unkind, the waiting room was untidy with worn out toys, the space is difficult to maneuver with a stroller or wheelchair.

We have had the absolute best experience with Savannah speech and hearing. My daughter has been going here for several months now. She can barely wait when I'm getting her out of her car seat. She has so much fun. When we started here she had a pretty severe stutter. She is learning tools now that help her have have slow and easy speech. I can have a clear conversation with my 3 year old now and I couldn't be happier. The worst thing is to see your child stuggle. Mrs. Dvora (Mrs. D) has been so kind, gentle and patiant with my little girl. Watching her interact with my little girl has even taught

I have been taking my two boys to Savannah Speech since 2010. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The ladies at the front desk are always smiling and makes you feel comfortable. They call me when there is a schedule change and I recieve text messages to remind me of my appointment each week. We currently see Cathy for speech and I am very impressed with her knowledge and background in speech therapy. She gets things done and my boys enjoy going to speech to see her. My two boys have made a tremendous amount of progress since they started coming to Savannah Speech and Hearing.

This office has been the worst office I have been to for my son speech. His therapist Kathy saw my son on 3/29/16 weeks past did not hear anything from the office. I contacted the office after 4 week and was told I have to speak directly to Mrs Kathy left a message got no call back from her. Call the office again and was told she is on vacation, so I ask to speak to the director of the facility and was told there is nothing she can do but for me wait until mrs Kathy return. on 5/9/16 got a call from Mrs Kathy when ask about my son evaluation and why it's taking so long for her to submit it. I was

My experience has been nothing short of great with Savannah Speech. The entire staff have treated my daughter and I with the care and kindness I would expect to get from friends and family. They are knowledgeable, capable and dependable. At the ready to answer any questions you have to ask. Which is incredibly important to me personally. Choosing Savannah Speech and Hearing for our daughter's hearing aid and speech needs has been one of the best decisions we've made since becoming parents.
