This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any business from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs fence work done. They were quick scheduling me for an estimate. I had the estimate back in less than 24 hours. Brad even made suggestions on things I could do to still get what I want and save some money. Communication was excellent. I was kept updated every step of the way. They completed tear out and install in 2 days and it looks fantastic. Amazing job by Matt and his team! From the time he came out to give us an estimate to the completion of the job, everything was seamless. Brad and his crew were amazing! AKA has been a very knowledgeable, professional company to work with. We had our estimate completed on February 9, 2021, in the snow, and installation began March 8, completed by 0830 on March 9, 2021. We expected to have to wait several weeks, but are extremely grateful AKA was able to get to us quickly. If not for the sign in the yard and the new fence, we would never know they were here. AKA Fence provided a quality product and a professional installation. Every aspect of the installation was reviewed before starting and again as needed when the installation was in progress. Very knowledgeable and experienced, excellent consultation on decisions that need to be made. I cannot say enough great things about this company. The owner was polite and professional through the whole process. He got me the permit and did it so quickly even with all the Covid stuff going on. He kept me informed the entire time and let me know when he could complete the work. 5 STARS all the way!!!
