Just don't do it! I was trying to ship my son's vehicle from California to Louisiana and Maila said it was no problem, she reminded me that she had been doing this for 17 years. She explained the process and said they needed a deposit to reserve the driver@ $257.50 (reputable companies do not request funds up front). Because I didn't know to smell a scam in this industry, I gave the funds. They responded with a new quote that was $500 over the first quote. I immediately emailed and asked them to cancel the pick-up. They cancelled, but conveniently kept the deposit. Now Ms. Maila

Once again I needed my car shipped across country and called Arnold at Auto Shipping Group and asked him to set me up again. He had all my info on file from 2 yrs ago and set me up fast and easy. I know the routine so I knew what to expect but he still went and explained all the details. Things went with out any glitches and got the car on the earliest date on my schedule. Back on May 14th I booked Auto Shipping Group (ASG) to move my mother's car to Seattle by June 17th. For a month I was told not to worry, they will find a driver but whenever I'd call for an update i was told "there are just no drivers/trucks available due to Covid". Kept asking for updates (because they never bothered to proactively reach out to me...) and kept getting the same story.

I recently did a move from Hawaii to Virginia (port to door) and from my experience I will never hire this company again due to their poor communication and handling of delays. My expectation was to hire a broker to handle everything and only communicate through the broker for updates but, instead from the beginning I get on a three-way call to schedule and give my credit card info over the phone to a boat shipper.
After dropping of my car at the port, I receive zero communication after... Every single call concerning the shipment of my car was initiated by me. My car arrived

I needed to ship a van and a motorcycle to Kauai. We spoke to Felicia and she assured us that everything would go smoothly. She told us that they prove motorcycle skids in the cost of shipping, which turned out to not be the case. This severely hurt us because when the time came, the company did not prove skids, and we would have to make our own. Three stars are being given because while Felicia may not of had all of the information needed, the customer service was not terrible and we got our van shipped safely. Our van did take more time than was additionally quoted, but I am not sure that is

If you are smart, and you care about your vehicle, stay away from Auto Shipping Group. I wish I had done the so. I scheduled to have my vehicle shipped from Atlanta to Texas. Long story short, my vehicle arrived two days late, and the vehicle was damaged. I had to get the vehicle assessed by an insurance adjuster and an auto body shop. Now, neither ASG nor the driver is taking ownership and I am out of $1,0000 it will take to get the vehicle repaired. My story is real. Stay away from this company.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE. Our vehicle was transported from Hawaii to California and they over charged us by almost $1,000. It's September 21st and they have not refunded us the money. Matison Transportation (the actual main transportation company out of Hawaii) sent us the receipt where ASG's accountant Terry Williams has been refunded our $870. HOWEVER, we cannot get in touch with anyone at ASG to give us our refund for 6 weeks now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE IT FROM YOU.

I have shipped my Audi Q5 from LA to SFO with full insurance coverage as promised by them. They broke my fuel cap and made scratches on my car while shipping. I have contacted below persons through email and phone but they never responded to my email properly and not even ready to share my insurance details.

Dealt with Kimberly at this company who provided poor communication with my shipping once payment was made. Text and called at least 5 times before I had to track down the carriers number and find out what time/day car was getting picked up. After I brought her lack of communication to her attention she was wrote back an text where she seemed upset and I never heard from the company again. Too many other brokers out there to deal with unappreciative folks. Spend your money elsewhere is my advice.

If you're thinking about transporting your car cross country, this is definitely the company that you should work with. My trip was 2500 miles, which made me a little nervous but it all worked out fabulously

After researching TONS of shipping companies, I finally decided on Auto Shipping Group. Initially, there were several back and forth emails and some delays in setting everything up since I was on the east coast and Stephanie was on the West Coast. However, she was very helpful and understanding. As a result, my car did not get picked up as early as I wanted (largely my fault for pushing things off). We met the driver on a Thursday evening in a Walmart parking lot so he would have room to park his truck. The driver told me it would take about 8-10 days to get my car from Georgia to California. It

Felicia with Auto Shipping Group was great! Coordination begin while I served overseas in South Korea with dozens of follow up e-mails prior to arriving back to the States. Auto Shipping Group, Inc is a terrible company. They are a lead generation business, so you pay them to pick a carrier company and they are accountable for nothing... zero. You work with them but you do not, really. They don't care about your business, they disappear the moment they charge you their fee and no matter what kind of service you get from the carrier THEY choose, they have zero accountability.

Today I had three disappointing conversations with Auto Shipping Group. The first was with Felicia who is a sales rep. Felicia started the conversation impatiently and by the end became very rude. She accused me of not knowing what I am doing. She pushed for names of who I have been contacting and where I was getting my information.
